The Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and the Disabled recommends that the Parliament forwards for further Elaboration the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the Status and Social Protection of Military Service Veterans, Veterans of Bodies in charge of Internal Affairs, and some other Persons" (Tax Police Veterans)

The Bill (Reg. No.1426) extends the force of the Law "On the Status and Social Protection of Military Service Veterans, Veterans of Bodies in charge of Internal Affairs, and some other Persons" onto the tax police veterans.

Inter alia, the Bill defines the status of military service veterans, veterans of bodies in charge of internal affairs, tax police veterans and veterans of the State fire prevention system, and establishes basic principles of State policy regarding social protection of citizens dismissed from military service, service at the bodies in charge of internal affairs, by the tax police and the State fire prevention system, and their family members".
